1. Overview
Welcome to StarGabi (“StarGabi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). StarGabi operates an online marketplace offering fashion, home décor, gifts, pet essentials, and lifestyle products while supporting charitable fundraising initiatives.

StarGabi is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Although StarGabi cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances, we make every reasonable effort to process orders promptly and assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

7. Fundraising, Affiliates & Referral Programs
StarGabi partners with pet rescues, schools, community organizations, affiliates, and influencers through referral links, promo codes, or fundraising programs.

Participation in these programs:
Does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship
Is subject to separate program terms and eligibility requirements
May be modified or discontinued at StarGabi’s discretion
Commissions, donations, or fundraising contributions are calculated based on verified completed transactions, excluding refunds, fraud, or cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, and software—is owned by or licensed to StarGabi and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use StarGabi content for commercial purposes without written permission.
